Construction of the Terrirorial Delegation and Media Library Services Facility in Rochefort. The project is imagined as a single, compact whole, where the interlocking functional units are articulated around a central patio. The location of the functional blocks is determined by factors including public accessibility, operating hours, usage and circulation. From an environmental point of view, the project stands out as an exemplary building, with a minimal carbon footprint, using renewable energies and promoting the use of bio-sourced materials.
