Construction of a Youth Cultural Centre in Saint-Valérien. The project combines spaces for artistic, musical and choreographic activites, as well as an administrative and an educational centre including classrooms and activity spaces. The centre is conceived as a "third place", an institution that encourages exchange, curiosity, discovery and learning, reflecting the cultural and social ambitions of the municipality. The landscaping of the site includes a forecourt, an outdoor playground for young children, a picnic/camping area, a vast courtyard with a covered play area, and an activity garden, reinforced by a landscape design intended to encourage biodiversity. The project is closely guided by an ecological and educational approach, using a unified architecture and landscape as an pedagogical tool.
