Paris Anjou offices

Transformation of a group of 19th and 20th century buildings, located near the Place de la Madeleine in central Paris, into a single or multi-tenant office complex. The brief called for the renovation of its limestone façades, the complete refurbishment of all floors including entry hall, reception and waiting spaces, meeting and conference rooms, office spaces, as well as the reconstruction of the façade of the adjacent 20th century building, with full handicap accessibility to all spaces. All roof and exterior spaces were to be landscaped and made accessible to the building occupants.
