Refurbishment of a seven-storey 19th century Haussmannian building on the Avenue Franklin Roosevelt in central Paris into a single tenant high-end office space. The brief called for the renovation of its prestigious limestone façade, the complete refurbishment of all floors including entry hall, reception and waiting spaces, meeting and conference rooms, office spaces, and the existing monumental staircase and landings, with full handicap accessibility for all spaces.
