Châtenay-Malabry cultural center

Situated in the suburban Paris town of Chatenay-Malabry, the "Pavillon des Arts" project involves the transformation and refurbishment of the existing 18th century town hall into a municipal centre for the arts. The brief included exhibition spaces, classrooms, ateliers, and offices. A lateral stair and handicap access extension clad in perforated laser-cut metal panels, evokes the foliage of the park adjoining the center to the north.
